It is a kind of ultra-high precision CANopen biaxial tilt sensor for industrial field control field. It adopts industrial standard isolator CAN transceiver with resolution of 0.0005°, accuracy of 0.001° and temperature drift of 0.0005°/℃. It is an industrial grade product with a built-in high precision temperature sensor from ADI that can correct the temperature drift of the sensor according to the changes of the built-in temperature sensor to ensure high repeatability of the product in low and high temperature environments. The output corresponding frequency is 100Hz, which is a real industrial product, with reliable and stable performance, good scalability, and a variety of output options, suitable for various industrial control environments.
