ER-AS-25 adopts the combination of embedded microprocessor and nc angular second level calibration device, programmed calibration and conversion, realizing high precision, low temperature drift, low power consumption, CAN bus protocol, output frequency of 100HZ, and angle sensor. The high resolution is 0.015°, the accuracy of full range is 0.05°, and the output frequency is 100Hz.
The angle sensor adopts MEMS technology to integrate nanometer magnetic cluster thin film material with differential array magnetic sensing element, and non-contact induction of rotating magnetic field changes. The system integrates micro-computer, voltage and current transmitters and various protection circuits, and through DSP processing, programmable intelligent control for linearity correction, temperature compensation, standardization of output signals according to the range, digital filtering, zero setting and multi-stage different slope setting.
It has the characteristics of non-contact, long life, high resolution, low temperature drift, good linearity, fine reset, high frequency response, multiple protection, anti-interference, anti-vibration, and anti-shock. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as water, oil, natural gas, vibration, and shock, and is an ideal alternative to contact angle sensors (such as conductive plastic potentiometers).
