ER-EC-375 Real-time Inclinometer adopts accelerometer and magnetic sensor as the core components, collect the three-dimensional components of the earth’s gravity field and geomagnetic field, underground real-time calculation, in 3D space for continuous and accurate measurement of borehole trajectory. The attitude calculation method based on aerospace inertial navigation technology is adopted in the system, and the accuracy and reliability of the system are guaranteed by software verification and compensation. The product has a variety of output forms for users to choose.
It is specially designed for the optimization of oilfield geological exploration, that is, it is very suitable for the inclinometer system. The angle, azimuth and tool face angle information can be output manually or automatically, and the current size of the magnetic field component can be output. The user only needs to switch the ER-EC375 to the data transmission circuit to form a high-precision inclinometer. The working temperature can reach 125°, through advanced temperature compensation algorithm, it can output high-precision angle value in the whole temperature range.
